Boston style gourmet pizza is a popular verity of pizza from Canada - go figure, but with a US flare. However, it is not as ubiquitous as others. That means you might find yourself living in an area without a Boston style pizza. If you cannot get this one of a kind pizza, you do not have to do without. Here is a Boston style pizza dough recipe that will do the trick.
The recipe takes a remarkably short time to cook, and results in a pleasant, crisp crust. It is not so hard that it is hard to chew, but not super soft, either. Top with your favorite meats, vegetables and cheeses, and see how it comes out. You might be surprised.
